With selective materials, the furniture of Kings Palace adopts the best Indonesian rattans. Before using, all of the materials go through strict treatment process from cooking, drying, bleaching, mould proofing to disinfection and sterilization. Agate Rattan and Daoyizhi Rattan are characterized by strong tension, long internode and even luster etc, which can be modeled into different shapes after high temperature cooking. These rattans are usually used to make the frameworks of the furniture of Kings Palace. Flexible Li Rattan is usually processed into rattan core and rattan peel of different thicknesses. The production process of rattan furniture is complicated and particular. Firstly, burn off the burrs on the woven semi-product with fire guns; secondly, burnish them with sand paper until smoothness, and spray the first coat and polish it for several times; thirdly, apply finishing coating, then trim and pack them. All of the products have been through dozens of working procedures and strict quality inspection, so as to ensure high quality.
